Mine is a 2020...Not sure how water gets under the liner materialNope on my '21.
Looks like a rust bubble coming in from underneath.

Looks like the rust is coming from the edges of the drain hole. Ironic. I’d chip out the bubble, grind or wire brush out the rust, repair the spot, and seal the edges of the drain hole with something.Anyone with the factory sprayed bedliner have this happening and can I prevent it from getting worse?
If it’s not under warranty then I second this approach except I would just rattle can bedliner the patch area and hit it with white paint because I’m cheap diy and it’s just the corner of the truck bedI would removed the bed liner in that area - scoring it with a box cutter may allow you to peel the bed liner up. Repair/sand the rust then have a shop shoot new bed line in that area/

Ya anything to keep the water intrusion out of that little area...Probably what I will do, thanks for the response...Most likely take @Rockcrawlindude's technique of rattle can for the repair and keep an eye on, touych up again when it needs it.
Thanks for the ideas!
