Noticed something when the Edge CTS is hooked up...takes the truck a looong time to go to sleep. With it plugged in, when shutting off truck the Edge screen stays on and the Dash message of Press Brake to start stays on for at least 10 minutes. With it unplugged, the Dash goes to sleep within just a couple minutes. The later is the same behavior I notice when on my 13 F250. Immediately upon shutting off engine, Edge goes to sleep. I have reached out to Edge with no response.

Anyone else see this with Edge or Banks idash?

Just installed a CTS3 in a Duramax and had to unplug the OBD connection and plug back in, then start/stop the truck twice before it finally started shutting off normally.

Since you're the first person I've seen trying a CTS3 in a 2025 Cummins - does yours show Transmission Gear and Lockup? And EGT's? Those are the only 2 major things I think I'd want one for. Maybe corrected speedo if you can't adjust the OEM speedo yet.

I never could get it to work as I expected. I even tried again and went through multiple key cycles and plug and unplug. I gave up and put it back in the furd.

My 2025 Lonestar with Level 2 plus has the option in the EVIC to show transmission gear. I didn't play around with it much, but did see some EGTs in there. Not sure about lockup.

Mines isn’t going to sleep either 2025 ram 3500 srw. Showed egt but no gear or lockup like on previous rams

My cts3 did same thing. Would not turn off no matter what I did. Thinking it will need a update to fix it

Has anyone heard anything out of edge with a potential update? I sent them an inquiry, but haven’t heard back. I saw a guy on YouTube had a banks I dash that seemed to plug-in plus he used the pedal monster. I have the pedal monster out of my 24 that was having issues and traded in, but I don’t think I’m gonna install it in the new truck as it drives much better

Yes, I emailed them using their email address on their website after filling out the automated contact form 3 times and not getting any response in 1 month. They replied to the direct email almost instantly.
She was very nice and helpful and said they are currently hard at work to give official support for the 2025's, but they're not there quite yet.

Their customer service is severely lacking. It took them over 18 months to fix an engine load reading error they caused with a software update… Kept claiming they couldn’t find what was causing it, yet I told them what update it failed on. smh

I’ve tried asking them if they will support MB Sprinters as I like the data… crickets. The van has a SGIII, not as nice as the CTS3 but at least it works.

Not even sure it’s worth my time to ask if they can add gear and TC lockup status for the 66RFE. I was definitely shocked it wasn’t there when I plugged the CTS3 into the Hemi.

Just got an email from Edge saying they have a 2025 in their R&D shop and are actively working on the CTS3 updates for it. She said it could basically be ready any week now...

I would be surprised if that's true, the Atlantis architecture hasn't been cracked yet.
Do you even own a 2025?
My CTS3 has been working fine in my 2025 since May. The only update needed is for it to shut off with the truck.
Amp Research just released their steps for the 2025's. I expect the CTS3 update to happen any day now.

Is it a requirement for me to comment? Don't get defensive...sheesh...I have a good friend with a 2025,went with him to buy it, he had a 2020 Ram 3500. He's had most of the weird 20025 Gremlins.

Well, it almost works 100% then....maybe 90%.

If that update has anything to do with the BCM - you may be waiting a bit. Funny their website shows only a pillar mount for a 2025 3500 when shopping by vehicle.

But, maybe you will get lucky on that update. Good Luck.

They don't "officially" support it. They don't want to tell people they can buy their product for a 25/26 because they know it won't shut off. Otherwise it's fine. It's the only easy way to monitor regens right now.

I've noticed that if I go to the "Home" screen on my CTS3 before I get out of my truck, the truck enters "sleep mode" just like it's supposed to. I just swipe up and tap the little house in the bottom left corner before I shut the truck off.

That lets the gauge cluster go dark, but the CTS3 still remains lit up.

No, the CTS3 screen is off. Along with the gauge cluster.
Don't be fooled by the CTS3 just going dark but not actually shutting off. It will still drain the batteries. It was doing exactly that in my Duramax.

I just emailed Edge again. They're still battling this one. No official support yet.
