2026 RAM HD Builds and Orders

Did you have to push your fuses in? I'm hoping they fixed this little issue by now.
The last 5 Stellantis vehicles I’ve bought new, I pushed the fuses in. Should be a PDI checklist item dealers do, but they don’t.
 
Updates? Dealer just called and said I could pick up Saturday.
thats fantastic ! sorry been traveling, mine arrived at the dealer on Wednesday Sept 3rd. (of course while I was traveling) I had the dealer do all the paperwork Thursday, picked up Friday morning, very smooth transition. I do have to say WHAT A VAST IMPROVEMENT in ride quality and performance over my 23 3500HO. after years and years I think ram has finally gotten these trucks dialed in. the daily drive-ability is wonderful. best way to describe it is. it drives like it has a programmer installed right from the factory. I will be towing my skid steer (weight with trailer is a little over 16,000 lbs) this week, cant wait to see how it performs. IMG_9328.jpg

You’ve got to be one that got damaged by the hail and they haven’t notified you yet. At this point I’d probably reorder another truck. Looks some guys are getting theirs in less than 2 months on this forum at least.

After MONTHS of complaining Ram cares reached out to me to help. Then when they realized I’m in Canada said they’ll reach out to the Canada team and get back to me “in a week” … that was last week, so I’m hoping on Friday they’ll have *something* to tell me. Cause it really feels like Stellantis doesn’t care and doesn’t want a 100k sale

My 2500 was built May 20th, was damaged and never told me. 14 weeks later the first reply told me it had been delivered. The second reply told me it had been damaged and would have to re-order. They never tried to contact me to let me know.
 
Yesterday when my dealer told me our truck was built the next statement from dealer was hard telling when it will ship was the answer before I even ask.
What % did you guys get off msrp ordering a truck?
 
After providing quotes from Granger and Mark Dodge, my local dealer gave me invoice price.
I'm fortunate enough to have employee pricing, but it always makes me wonder how on earth they ever turn a profit with these discounts. The repair shop must have to be the money maker (like how the NBA carries the WNBA lol) and maybe some kick back on who they get the customer to finance through. I felt bad for my sales lady... I had been talking with her for a year until I received my truck and she probably didn't make a whole lot from selling a truck to me thats for sure.
 
Just a quick update - My truck went to C Monday and D yesterday with a VIN generated. The tracker site still does not provide any information. Hopefully it keeps moving at this rate!

My tracker was 2 weeks behind updating. I also found out from my salesman that "Shipped" means it was shipped to the port and waiting to be loaded on a boat or train depending on your location. My truck has a tentative date of being shipped from Mexico on 10/22 to a port in NY. My truck was completed on 8/23.

Well sad update: no reply from @RamCares … crickets both in the DM and to this post.

To me this just reinforces that Stellantis does NOT want to sell trucks and make money and does NOT care about their customer base. I hope Antonio Filosa somehow reads this post because this is exactly why Ram is loosing market share and their sales and stocks are suffering.
