Radio issues

So after 3 years of having my presets and theme randomly resetting, a new radio has finally been ordered. I have made numerous trips to 2 different dealerships. I was told all they can do is a factory reset and the version was always current (141). My last trip in June they decided to order a radio but it was on back order. The radio is finally available but my warranty expired the end of June and ram won't cover it. The dealer did submit it as a good will repair and was able to get 90% covered so I still have to pay $75 to hopefully fix something that has been wrong with the truck since day 1.

I guess, pay the 75 bucks and get on with life. Sucks but at least it is fixed and 75 bucks won't break the bank.

That's what I'm doing but it's the fact it was to be ordered while under warranty but it was on backorder and now considered out of warranty so it isn't covered is what really frustrates me.

If you have the original work orders that indicates the problem was documented while under warranty you might want to message @RamCares and see if they can help. Can't hurt to try.
