Sadly for all this headache over shipping, I’d happily have not paid them the “destination charge” and go pick it up myself and drive it home. Wish they could get their act together already
 
good evening all,
My truck officially arrived at the rail yard 10 miles from me last Friday, it was unloaded from the rail car on Saturday..... just waiting for it to be loaded on a tuck and driven past my house on its way to the dealer 15 miles away............. I tried everything I could to get them to let me pick it up but no dice. and yes I did drive to the yard looking for it, but there are at least a thousand vehicles there very hard to pick one out tracker still shows ETA of Sept. 8th, but im hoping it will be this coming week
 
Got a call from MD, upfitter accepted the truck so time to pay. Documents done on line, check.

Wire set up to go out. Check. Should be the owner by Tuesday next week due to long weekend.

Upfitter should (If they haven’t already) start pulling a brand new truck (I haven’t even seen) apart in the next week or so.

Only 2-3 months to wait till we see it.

Nice! Mine set to land at MD next week, hoping the process goes as smoothly as I have heard!
 
Anyone having issues with the tracker? Ordered my ‘26 after my ‘25 came in damaged. Put in the von number and it says no information on your truck, check back later. Asked the dealer and they say they can see it on their end and order was accepted and von is good. Wondered if anyone else had this issue?

Well guess we shall see if it is a sprint or a jog :pto the dealer now. My dealer is right next to the interstate here in Wisconsin. So, from the outer part of Chicago would be about 3.5 hours to the dealer at the most I am thinking.

My dealer is about 5~6 hours from the rail yard. The sales person said "once it hits the ground, then I can go ahead and tag it as a hot vehicle". Not sure how much weight that holds, since I've never heard anyone mention it on here before. So we'll see.

I have had this happen quite a bit this past week and mine is already in the states. I had more trouble with my laptop than I did on my phone. Not sure why that should even matter. Just try it again later, it should fix itself.

the tracker has gone silent on my '25 as well. This is getting interesting as '26 models are or will be at dealerships soon and mine appears to be in limbo

I’m officially jealous. Live in Canada and the flow of information / getting the bloody truck has been painful. Ordered Feb 2nd.

August 12th was told by the dealer they were invoiced for it and that means it’s been shipped but zero updates since. Even the dealers computer hasn’t had any updates and the best I get is “we hope it shows up by end of September”

What did you order ? I’m waiting on a 2026 rebel. I’ve seen a couple 2025 gassers pop up on dealer lots here, but no 2026s yet. And nothing spec’d like what I need

That is what my dealer told me when after 3 weeks at the rail yard, once ready for released they marked my truck as hot, then set their own pickup truck with trailer to get mine ( my dealer was less than 100 miles from rail yard) once it arrived at the dealership they had 72 hours barely enough time to get it cleaned up, PDI, paint & install my fender flairs, tint front door windows, undercoat and seal coat the paint before I was to arrive..

It sat at the final rail yard for a 3 weeks? Or the Mexico rail yard for 3 weeks? I also have a few items to tackle after it arrives, but I’ll be doing them myself… tint and undercoating. I probably won’t bother with paint correction/ceramic coating until spring.

It sat in the final rail yard for just over 3 weeks in Spokane WA, it took a total of 6 weeks by rail to reach Spokane....

Ordered my 2500 on 8/9. Ram tracker says it’s scheduled for production. Got an email and text saying it was “shipped” on 8/26. Called my salesman and he said, yeah it was shipped form the factory to the port in Mexico waiting for a ship to bring it up to Albany NY. Ram tracker has not updated as of 8/31. My delivery date to Albany, NY is 10/22. I was told to take that date with a grain of salt with chances that we won’t see it until late November, early December.
Really, now just taking it day by day and waiting for the good news.
 
Just received a message via email and text message truck has shipped. So just a matter of time like before. Did received message from dealer to like last Thursday the 28th so they are a little behind but all's good.
