Has anyone ever had this done? The dealer says if the test indicates its my tires I will pay 700 bones. If it is something in thedriveline then they repair it and no charge. I put 35x12.50x17's all the way around with 2" spacer in the back on my 2024 6.7 Cummins DRW. I have a "feels like going over rumblesticks" at highway speeds is why had taked to dealership.

Let me see if I understand this, you didn't have vibrations before you put on wide tires on that required you to use a space for them to fit without rubbing  well the first guess would be the spacers and if not them then tires an rims

Rolled like a cadillac for a month but thanks for the jackassery! I asked about the vibration test. As I can see reading comprehension is a challenge for ya

JLG is right, I dont know why his question got such a negative response. 50% of this forum prob has "larger" tires. he also never stated that it happened immediately after he swapped to the larger tires.

To answer your question, no, I have never heard of any dealer doing a vibration test and charging $700 for it. I'd find a new dealer.
Id also take it to another tire shop to test each tire for balancing. some shops have a really hard time balancing larger tires. They might be ok at first and get worse as the tire wears out.

So did you install new tires and got the vibration?
or did it come later after running the new tires for some time?
you didnt clarify that in any of your post.

35s are not hard to balance. Unless they are super swampers. Then you use balance beads.

But $700? Tire mount and balance usually runs about $25 per tire. Unless you go to a stealership.

It started after the tires had been on the truck and all. Rolled like a cadillac for a month or so.

I am just trying to ask if anyone has had this test done to their truck in the past.

Thanks Regal!

Aftermarket wheels or factory wheels? If aftermarket, do you have the clips on the wheel studs? If so, remove them.

You can't miss half of your punctuation and have multiple typos AND call people out on their reading comp. Just sayin'.
