2025 Seatbelt Alarm Disable

I've tried more than 6 times now to get the seatbelt alarm to shut up in my new 2025 3500. I was able to use the standard YouTube video instructions on my 2022 without issues. Anyone been successful yet on a 2025/2026? It's driving me nuts going through gates at the farm and at the boat ramp.
 
I think the 2025 guys better buckle up(no pun intended) because your trucks are on a next level "lock down". The Atlantis High architecture is going to give aftermarket tuners, tire calibrators etc some headaches and not being able to crack the code.
 
I'm afraid that might be the case hoping someone figured out the right sequence or process if one exists :(
 
This worked for me on my 2025 3500

To turn the seatbelt chime off.

  1. Sit in truck with everything off.
  2. Put seatbelt on.
  3. Turn ignition on but don’t start it. Wait for dash cluster to cycle.
  4. Take seatbelt off then on 3 times ending with the seatbelt on.
  5. Turn the ignition off. You will hear the seatbelt chime ding once and it’s disabled.
 
And confirm with your seatbelt off and driving it doesn't pop up the message and chime? Thats what I've tried multiple times with no success yet.
 
The seat belt chime is the first thing I do in any my vehicles. In my wife's JLU, it also keeps the start stop from activating without pushing the button.
 
I got mine to turn off, but not sure how. I tried numerous times as mentioned above from 3x to 10x. I never drove after so not sure which one worked. A couple days later...no chime.
 
In my 24 Rebel, I could not get the seat belt trick to ever work. But, the dealer gladly turned off the chime at no cost. Maybe your dealer will do the same? Good luck!

Just click the seat belt and get in for those situations.

No, unbuckled I am try to disable the audible alarm. So far I follow the steps and I get the ding when I shut the truck off yet am still getting message and tone warnings. I'll just randomly keep trying it at least it's confirmed it can work on MY25.
 
I have by seat belt chime disabled but it will periodically display the no seat belt warning on the cluster briefly. What do you mean by ding when you shut the truck off?

Step 5: Turn the ignition off. You will hear the seatbelt chime ding once and it’s disabled.

Each time I do the steps I get that chime so I think it worked, however next time driving after some period of time I get the message on the cluster and the audible alarm so its not working yet.

Does your truck have the full digital instrument cluster?
The seatbelt trick doesn’t work on the digital cluster for 23-24 model years, so probably not on 25’s either.
The seatbelt trick does work on the cluster that has the two physical analog gauges, so anyone with a 2025 that chimes in and says it worked for them probably doesn’t have the full digital cluster.
 
Thanks Jimmy! I do have the full digital cluster. Are there any other solution to remove the chime besides the seatbelt trick with the digital cluster? Assuming someone eventually finds a way to connect tools to the truck in the future that is.

The dealer can do it.

I didn't even think the 2025s came without the digital clusters....is that a trim level thing?
