Power wagon fender flares on a Tradesman

Did you PPF the entire fender or just where the flare makes contact?

I didn't take any pics of the install process. It went something like:

1. Trim the plastic posts from the PW flares to allow them to sit flush.
2. Remove the OE spats and screws attaching the fender liner to the fender.
3. Install the PW spats, they help act as alignment points for the PW flares.
4. Temporarily install the PW flares using the holes for attaching the fender liner.
5. Mark the fender around the perimeter of the PW flares, where they make contact with the fender, offsetting ~1/4" outward of the flare. I used fine line masking tape.
6. Remove the flares and install 1/2" PPF where the flare makes contact with the fender, using the mark you made in step 5 above as a reference.
7. Install the flares.

I went the PW flare route as well, just cut the tabs off. Put PPF on the fenders to prevent any clear coat wear. I've pulled them a couple times to inspect for wear, no issues so far. Here's the part list with prices from ~1.5 years ago.

Anyway we can get more pics? Also how are they holding up?

Mine are holding up well. I should probably take them off and look underneath though.

They’re holding up well, like an OEM part should. Still haven’t worn through the PPF either. Here’s the most current pic I have on my phone. If there’s anything specific you want to see, just let me know.
Anyway to get a front/rear view to see how much they cover the wheels from poking out?

I can take one for you, but it will likely be irrelevant unless you’re running tire / wheel combo similar to mine (17x8.5 +25mm w/ 37x12.5-17).

My tires are close to that. My offset is plus 12 Or 19

I'm cheap. Paid under $100 for Chinese ones on Amazon and installed them myself. The faux rivets and aggressive styling goes well with my truck build so far.
