2025 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

How long ago was that storm? Feels like that took them a LONG time to get out

Hail storm Approximatley 5-21
I did receive email previously stating that Hail storm has caused delays
I called Customer Service and started a case file when my truck was in production for over a month.
I did this because I felt that my Dealer was not providing accurate information or lack of.

Real Happy I found the exact truck I ordered. ( only difference from what I ordered is this one came with Bed View Camera)
I will be working on getting deposit back from dealership I order from , being Ram can not deliver my truck.
I'm glad I pulled the trigger to go get this one , instead of waiting it out based on last email.
I have removed Rock Guards and Installed running boards last week end.
Truck is great , cornering lights is a nice feature.

Congrats on finding a truck you wanted in a lot. I’m curious, what’s the factory tire they’re putting on the rebels? Duratrac’s?

I just received email from cooperate:

We regret to inform you that, based on our internal records, your vehicle is among the units that were unfortunately damaged by the recent hailstorm at our facility...

Well that makes me sick to my stomach. I was hoping the only reason it took so long to finish our trucks was because of the bottleneck dealing with hail damaged vehicles. :(

On-line tracker currently shows...
Order Confirmed: April 14
Scheduled: April 24
In Production: May 11
Vehicle Built: July 10
Shipped: TBD
...but the dealer said my truck was "In Transit" last week.

Now I get this...

So I guess I need to call Ram Customer Service when I feel up to it. :(

Mines been build since March 15th its been on a carrier from Baltimore for a week already eta is now June 20th. Such a horrible experience. I ordered jan 17th
Is your truck still on delivery for 8-3

I everyone having issues with getting their trucks delivered? My truck has been sitting in a train unloading yard in Illinois for over two weeks going on three weeks now and hasn’t moved yet.

Maybe the trucking company that delivers trucks in a certain area needs more vehicles for a load and waiting for more to come in too. Just a thought.

curious to know what the final destination area is. Mine is will be in SE Michigan and have been wondering if it'll come by ocean (east coast) or rail up the middle of the country?

Over 25 hours of driving across 2 days but the new rig is at home! Left it in the driveway after our morning dog park run to start putting all the crap back in and some new accessories on her. Everyone at Mark Dodge was absolutely a joy to work with, never had so many people at a dealership come introduce themselves and say thanks for the business with genuine enthusiasm. My wife isn't gonna let me get a new one in quite some time but I guarantee the next one will come from MD when the time comes.

Im in the thumb of Michigan. Mine came by rail from Mexico so im guessing yours probably will too. Was moving along good until it got unloaded in Illinois. Now haven’t moved yet

I checked a build for a 3500 and couldn't find the snow chief package anywhere. Did that get discontinued? I tried cc and reg cab.

Can't say for certain but I would 100% recommend you ask a dealer to check, they use a totally different tool to build orders than the website and they do not match up with what does and doesn't exist to order.

When I ordered mine in April they told me that “snow plow prep” was mandatory. Mine is a 3500, so not sure if that’s for all HD’s or not. The difference is that the clearance lights and skid plates are separate options, where as the snow chief package had all that included. I’m glad they made them separate because I refuse to have the clearance lights… just another hole in the roof to inevitably leak. I don’t plan on putting a plow on this truck and I’m not sure what the plow prep entails. Anyone else know what the 2025/2026 “snow plow prep” includes?

mine was built June 18th, crickets since
No surprise there. I manually checked the online tracker and none of the dates line up:
Checked manually on July 26 and it said “in production, July 23rd” didn’t get the email from the system until July 28th.
Found out from the dealer on July 30th that it was ready for final inspection July 24th.
At this point just hoping for a delivery before October lol.
When was that hail storm? Was it before your truck was built? I hope so.
