2025 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I learned while waiting for my 2022, that once the the loaded rail car crosses in to the USA its anyone guess when it will arrive any where, mine spent 6 weeks on the rail line, then 3 weeks 2 days waiting to get unloaded from the rail car at the rail yard, found out the railroad workers have one answer for questions about rail car movement, it was called " when we get around to it " when do you think it will get to its destination, when we get around to it, when will it get unloaded when we get around to it, must be nice to have a laid back union job..

I ordered a TRX in 2021. It took months to build but once it was built it was delivered in less than a week. I don’t get the long delay and the dealer had more details tracking the TRX than they do now. Very frustrating.
 
Hey guys I ordered my New 2025 Ram 3500 Forge Blue April 18. Got a call from the dealer around May 26 I believe and was told that the 2.4 kW system cannot be put on my truck due to sold out options in that it needed to be either re-ordered or I could take it off the truck and it could be built without that option. So I went along with not having it built with out the 2.4 kW system Just because I’m hoping to get the deals that are going on now. I hope if I ever do get this truck, they’re still employee pricing going on. Can anyone out there help me to let me know what’s taking so long with this truck

Now it's showing an estimated delivery date of 8/21/25 when I check on the vehicle order tracker. That sucks.

Mine sounds like the same as yours. especially with the inverter. I had it removed from the order on May 28th and still nothing. Mine is a long bed with Hemi.

The only forged blue trucks I've found on dealer lots (i.e. Autotrader or Cars.com) with actual photo's so the truck is actually on the lot are 2500's. Couldn't find a single 3500. Just thought that was interesting that the orders were open around Easter for this color and they've already been delivered.
 
Anyone know the difference between JB and KZP? Both refer to body vendor. My tracker updated today with a built date of June 3 and now a shipped date of June 3 with an estimated delivery of TBD. I was told that’s it’s currently KZP which doesn’t make sense if it’s been shipped and I have window sticker.

Understanding Status Codes

What exactly is KZP status? I know it’s posted on this site as “with off-site shipping vendor” but does that mean it’s actually shipped, or just waiting to be shipped

Is there a way to tell what status code you are in on the online tracker or is that only going to come from the dealer?

The truck tracker has changed quickly since Monday. It was initially scheduled for delivery in September but has now been rescheduled for July. :cool:

My last truck order took over 6 months to build and delivery back in the COVID era. This order took 24 days, from building the truck to shipment:eek:.

That’s awesome! Mine is still showing in production since 12 June. Dealer said it was shipped to body vendor. Not sure what that stage is for. If anyone can maybe clarify?

Can I ask what your order specs are ? I got a confirmed order May 22nd, and no further updates. Called dealer and they tell me im in D status...

Welcome to the club (of waiting). I’ve been in status “C” since April 21st (59 days), not even a schedule for production yet.

Usually for spray in liner.
