Just installed the Mille panel kit from CJC with the spare tire mount and and Badlands jack mount on the 24 PW. Gotta say, it is all very solid, and I don't feel like I've eliminated much square footage in the bed. Very happy with this setup so far. 37" tire fits great with the SmartCap.
more pics of the molle, can it be flipped around, not a huge fan how its like 2 inches off the bed walls?

Eh, I don't know if you can flip it around or not. I put a lot of thought into it, and I think it's a good thing that it's separated. I don't think you lose that much space, and it makes everything much earlier to use and modify as you go as opposed to removing the entire panel.

I have had my CJC/icky concepts Molle panels for 3 years. You can easily put a shovel, axe and recovery gear behind the Molle panels and the bed sides and not take up any bed space with them. I have been carrying 3- 3 gallon Roto paks on the front molle panel and it has held up great. I have a Bakflip rolltop cover over everything now.IMG_7312.JPGIMG_7302.JPG

Damn. I'm sold. That looks awesome. I'll be ordering the molle panel and spare tire mount tonight!

Dude just go 5mph less than the speed limit, and leave the calibration alone. Fewer miles on the odometer!!

As much as I considered being an adult and going with 35s.. 37” BFG KO3s went on instead. They are F load rated but still ride well even at 65psi-about the same as my 37” KM3s that were load range D @50psi. Ride is smooth on the streets and highways with no noise- better than the stock tires by far and better than the worn out KM3s I swapped out. Couldn’t speak to any other performance off road or wet pavement etc.

Do you have any more pics of the badlands jack mount? Trying to compare to one I found a lot cheaper on Etsy.
I have my full size spare already and the molle panels & spare mount just got delivered today. Picked up a badlands jack today as well. Just want to install everything at once.

Here's the one I found on Etsy:

Hello. Just became the owner of PW 2019. I am offered a set of wheels on disks. It's just that in the standard ones it resembles a dachshund in flip-flops. These are the disks (20" x 10" BRAND: American Truxx MODEL: Blade AT1905 BK P/N: AT1905-2181M-24 OFFSET: -24 mm). The tires will be 35/12.5 Toyo MT. Since it is brought from another region, it will not be possible to try them on. The question is, will the wheels rub against the mudguards or rods or will they fit normally?

Beauty!! 37’s look great, 35’s ride better. Had both, in snow and ice, that extra 15-20lbs/tire unsprung mass matters.

Are you rubbing anywhere at all? Do you have a picture showing the stick out past the fenders? And I’m assuming you have a front end level? I’m leaning towards doing what you did.

Installed 35 x 12.5 x 17 Falken AT4W's (All stock suspension). Looks 100 times better! I have no rubbing at all, but have not taken it off road yet. Hoping to do that in a few weeks but I don't suspect any issues.

It does noticeably rub the sway bar at full lock and also rubs just slightly on the control arms. No rubbing on the fender liners or mud flaps yet. Have taken it up some rough forest roads and no rubbing but nothing extreme to verify rubbing when articulated. No suspension mods, not even a level kit. I’ve considered the AEV wheels to eliminate the rubbing but with it being so minor and thinking it will then cause more rubbing on the fender liner I think I’ll just leave it alone. Below is a picture with the worn out 37” KM3s. I can get straight on picture tomorrow. Also I may mention that these worn down tires did not rub anywhere to give some perspective on how slight the clearance issue is. Mud flaps are standard size Rokbloks.
