2025 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

I have had several delivery dates throughout the process. Now for the last month it’s been tbd.
It sucks to know that for 47 days yours has just been sitting around. I wonder if they have to wait til a certain number of trucks are loaded before shipping

Found something weird while playing with the website builder. I was trying to figure out what the 6 buttons could be for on the dash if you got every option. I've found 5 of the 6 - Alt Height, Tow/Haul, Turbo Brake, Front park, Rear Park. Anyone know what #6 is?
Anyway... I was playing with a 2025 Big Horn 3500 while doing this. I selected Max Tow package, which required Level 2+. After I chose that, the generated picture of the dash showed the Alt Trailer Height button. No where is Rear Air mentioned on the Big Horn webpage nor did it appear anywhere on the builder sheet at the dealership when building my Level 2 BH, but it is listed in the options matrix that Maw Tow includes rear air on all trims (besides PW). So.... now I'm wondering if I could have in fact gotten Rear Air on my Big Horn had I gone with the L2+ and 12" radio.
If anyone is wanting a Tradesman or Big Horn and Rear Air, ask your dealer to see if it checks the Rear Air box after they've checked the Max Tow Package. It might not be a standalone option anymore, but actually still an option under Max Tow.

Edit:
Proved this theory wrong. Another website misrepresentation.
Found this Big Horn with Max Tow and it does not have Rear Air Suspension.

I believe the 6th button is for the PTO on Cab n Chassis....My 4500 is due in to my dealership next Tuesday, I'll probably stop by to see it before she goes off to get her flatbed.

There is never a 6th button on the top row, only 5 possible. That’s why on the Cummins trucks, the traction control button gets kicked to the top of the 12” screen. Otherwise, on hemi trucks, the traction control button is where the exhaust brake button would be.

If there’s PTO option, then the PTO button takes the place of AUX switch #6.

I just scrolled thru Autotrader to see a bunch of variations. Found 1 Cummins with the traction control button below. It had the trailer reverse knob. I'm surprised how many variations of the trim and buttons they have. Seems really inefficient from a manufacturing perspective.

Does anyone know definitively if the Big Horns come standard with carpet floor mats? I see that Tradesman Level 1 get them, so I assume that means anything higher trimmed than a Tradesman L1 will come with them.

Mark Doge Online Order 4/3, built 4/15, delivered to dealer 4/30, picking up truck tomorrow. Tracker still says shipping TBD so not sure what’s up with that … anyways this build went quick and Mark Dodge has been a pleasure to work with. Looking forward to driving and pulling with the new truck. 3500 Limited DRW Night.

27 days, that's wild... Did you order with Anthony? I asked him if he saw an ETA on mine yesterday and he said it's not even on the train yet and that the online tracker should basically just be ignored. It says "shipped" as of 4/25. He told me we "might" see some update by next Friday. Crazy since you ordered basically same thing, same day, same dealer.

I was NOT expecting the call that the truck was at the dealership. I’ll take it, lol. No sir, not Anthony, Ashley, I thought all of the emails might be from “Ashley” for all sales. They really have an efficient process. I’m happy so far!

What day does your online tracker say "shipped"?
When you pick your truck up, do us a favor and see if you can get a spare oil filter. I've already asked Anthony to get me one. Apparently they're on worldwide backorder, which doesn't make sense or else how would they be building trucks...

This is what mine looked like when I bought it online. Truck was still filthy at delivery. Picture taken 15Mar25 - SoCal. Even after I got it home I was finding grit everywhere - like the hinge for the folding mirrors. Looks like it was sand blasted.

That's disappointing... I got curious and found the google satellite image for the storage lot. Holy Crap! those lots are huge and some are just dirt lots, not to mention the inevitable blowing dirt/sand out there.

I always feel bad for the people having to do rework out there, it has to be absolutely miserable.

Picked up the truck today, very impressed with the 2025 versus the 2022. Truck seems heavier a little more planted, less rough on our bumpy Louisiana roads. Engine definitely feels more torquey and the power band seems to be much more in tune with the transmission. The experience with Mark Dodge was exceptional. I can see why they sell so many trucks. Happy trails.

@fmetz What'd they say about oil filters?

3500 SRW Laramie Mega Cab ordered 5/30 from Anthony, now the wait. Think the fact that @fmetz just got his in 30 days is going to make my anxiety worse lol

Has anyone ordered "Forged Blue" and gotten to "Scheduled" status? I'm only at 16 days since ordered confirmed, so just curious.
I ordered Rebel in Forged Blue over a week ago. Received confirmation and VIN and nothing else since.
