I have a 5 position sotf switch its supposed to give me +180HP but also give me way better fuel economy. I got it from the diesel dudes everything else they sent was good just not the tunes. anybody else having trouble with the sotf switch and ezlynk tuners?

they just don't change anything like they are supposed to indicate what tune by use of the def gauge other than that it doesn't seem to have any added horsepower like it was advertised I've contacted them about it twice all they want to do is send me a new switch. a mutual friend also had the same problem I only found out after I had purchased it.
yeah, they had me run through a bunch of troubleshooting steps and send them a bunch of pictures. After that they sent me a new switch to which nothing has changed so I got on the EZ Lynk app and asked the tuners they are sending me a new switch again I'm currently waiting for it, it's been about a week.

Went down this road before....their generic 'box tunes' suck..Its a crapshoot if they work or not..sometimes they work just fine out of the box, sometimes not and you'll be rolling coal when you get on the pedal... Do lots of research BEFORE wasting money on them. You dont know who's supplying the tunes and they are just the middleman when it comes to support.

Topic can be very taboo here...lets just say nobody here stateside will do it..so do further research in the area on where you got your original tune at...yes I'm being very vague.
