Any idea if Forged Blue is available for the 2025 Ram 3500 yet?

I hate to say it, but I'm going to order a GMC Denali HD Ultimate instead. If Stellantis can't get it together to build a truck that retails for over $100K in more than 3 colors, this far into the model year, why should I be comfortable buying a truck from them?! GMC isn't really discounting, but it's understandable why since RAM isn't even up to speed on manufacturing their competitive product .

I hate to hear that Willow, I'm sure you have a certain timeline for your next ordered truck.
With that said, most dealers haven't received any 2025 2500s yet. They didn't start building them until January.

I haven't seen any 25's except 1500s. Very sad. Plenty of 3500 DRW Denali Ultimates out there....ALL colors. I'm pulling the trigger on the Denali because I do have a timeline.....sold my '23 RAM 3500 Limited because I wanted the '25 with the 8 speed ZF. If I'd known I could only get it in 1 of 3 colors, who knows if I'd have done the same thing. That said, I did well enough on the '23 so that dulls the pain a bit. GMC, here I come!

There are 6 colors.

White
Grey
Flame red
Diamond Crystal Black Pearl
Forged Blue
Granite Crystal Metallic

I had 3 2024 Chevy LTZ DRW last year and all were in the shop for defective mechanical parts with less than 3K....very disappointing.

That's the Laramie. I'm looking at a Limited Laramie. Only 3 colors. Forged Blue is an option but not currently "available." They can't tell me when it will be either. Very disappointing. Whoever is responsible for this needs to be fired. You can't even get the "pearl" white anymore. The flagship trim level in only 3 colors?! Sorry, but that is unacceptable.

When I ordered my 2025, I really wanted the Pearl whites as my 2020 Longhorn is. Settled for bright white as I needed another truck and couldn't wait any longer.

I have had many pure white trucks in my 40 years of driving. This truck will likely be the last one I own so I want to be happy with the color. It's either pearl white or blue and I can't get the Ram in either at the moment. Probably going to order the GMC tomorrow. It'll be my first GM product. We'll see how it goes.

You may have to order via dealer for additional colors? I know some other options were not available online but were via the dealership.

I looked at both the Limited and Limited LongHorn - both had forged blue as an option.

There is no limited Laramie which may explain the lack of colors!

That's the word from the dealer that I want to order it from. Not available yet and no idea when it will be.
If its anything like the touch up paint - which took a good 6 months when they changed vendors - it may be a few months.

Lol. Limited Longhorn. My bad.

I pulled the trigger and ordered the GMC today. I couldn't wait and run the risk that the color would never be available. Such a shame that a manufacturer like Stellantis can't get such a basic thing right. If you can't produce it, then don't advertise it! I also renew my statement that someone needs to be fired over this. Again, the FLAGSHIP truck in only 3 colors?! Please.

To be pedantic, that Laramie Limited name was dropped with the intro of the 19+ facelift trucks.

"Laramie Longhorn and Laramie Limited trim levels renamed Longhorn and Limited"

Ram changed the name Laramie Longhorn to Limited Longhorn in 2021.

Lol You give pedantic a bad name. One way or the other, RAM lost my business because they couldn't build me a truck in the color I wanted when they advertised it in the color I wanted. The FLAGSHIP truck is only available in 3 colors. SMH

Buying an inferior vehicle over a color choice is just silly. I don’t understand why the color is that big of a deal. I didn't want black but thats all they had and I was not going to buy a crappy ford or GM over color

I personally drive the truck from the inside and not the outside and Ram interior is second to none. I looked at both the Chevy and GMC Denali Exstream in-which are very nice trucks but in no way does it match the finishes Ram has. My shoulder blades rest right on the raised back section making it very uncomfortable to sit in, from the door panels to the upper section of the dash in no way matches Ram. GMC only has full exhaust brake and no second auto, and I use the AUTO exhaust all the time in the mountains of AZ. And again, only my opinion.
