Hello everyone , I'm new to to ram group. I picked up a 20 PW with 47k on the clock. Anyway, I want to be able to turn my DRL off. I'm not referring to light strips above and below the headlights. I've seen that there's supposed to be an option in the lights menu on the uconnect screen. However when I go into the lights settings, I do not have the DRL option. Also, if it matters this truck came from Canadia.

Thank you for any help or advice.

You'll notice your Canadian truck also lacks an "off" position for the headlight switch.

IIRC you can disable DRL using AlfaOBD.

Hmm, it has an auto setting... I'll double check this today.

headlight switch is irrelevant to what you want to do.
You have a Canadian truck, so it’s configured to not have a way to disable DRL’s. You need to use alfaobd or JScan to configure for the DRL toggle to show up in the radio settings.

Well that's stupid. I suppose I'll go buy a cheap tablet and the plug to do what I want to do. Thank you both, for your input.

That's the law, RAM only complies with it. And while I think DRL's are a good thing, especially in combination with auto headlights, make sure the police in your area don't ticket people with disabled DRL's.
