"bucking" or stuttering when starting out driving 35mph in drive.

2021 3500 diesel. when I get going on the local level road the truck bucks almost like its cutting out. This can be stopped by shifting down to a lower gear. When the engine is up to temp, it doesn't happen. Outdoor temps don't change the result.
 
Sounds like the torque converter is slipping but that would be odd with no trailer on level ground.
 
How often are you changing your fuel filters?
Where do you buy them?
Which transmission does the truck have?
How many miles on it?
Any check engine lights or pending DTC’s?
What is the transmission temperature when you note the bucking, and does transmission temp make a difference?
