And if you think they'll actually ship on the date listed.PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN! great news I really didn't think we were going to see things start this quickly, but they have! NOW.... READ MY LIPS.... ignore that estimated ship date. Since this is a new powertrain we expect that when the vehicles finish production, and inspection they may (will) then sit in what we affectionately call "purgatory" waiting to ship out. We don't know how long that will be, how many vehicles they will produce before they ship, etc etc. the dates you see on trackers showing estimated delivery, or estimated ship, will be 100% innacurate until we really get rolling. Ignore the date.
You can see that we've got tradesman, bighorn, and laramie in production. I do not see any of our limited or longhorn orders having begun yet.

Correct - It is part of the Limited Level 1 group now.I realized the 2025s Limited (Crew Cab) don’t show the deployable bed step as an option. Is this bundled in Limited 1? Standard feature for limited?

Late this afternoon we got the order guides for the 2025 HD Ram lineup!
CODE GUIDES Are what drives the content, price protection, etc. However, not everything in the code guide on day one will actually be able to order on day one. Some times things are delayed, and some times the code guide has items that never happen through an entire model year. For example 2024 code guide had some entire configs that never opened (Bed/Cab/Engine combos) or in the 1500s there were some colors that took 9 months to open. Will try to update these as they get refreshed (you can see the date on the document)
WEBSITE https://www.ramtrucks.com/vehicle-selector.bmo.html Is up and running BUT it is not entirely accurate. For example, no you still cannot get air suspension on an SRW 3500, and there are still items that are unavailable to order (powerwagons, gas bighorns/laramies, etc). I would use the website mostly for understanding what is in the equipment packages, and building out the rough idea of your truck. Pricing is actually accurate so far that I’ve seen! (Make sure you click 2025) If there is a conflict between code guide and website......code guide wins.
ORDERING SOFTWARE (VOIM) This is where we can actually generate your build sheet (preview or confirmation, once ordered). This is how we find out if an item is available to order or not, at that particular moment. Something closed in VOIM usually overrides it being open in the code guide, unless there's an error or unintended conflict.

TIMING It's going to be a long haul. Production has started as of January 7th but so far I have only seen Bighorn get built. they'll do a rolling start, they say.... It also can be open trim levels but limited which level packages. Or colors. All of these parameters were in play on the 2025 MY for 1500s. Not long ago, our average HD order was taking 5-7 months due to chip/supply issues. Most of this calendar year they were taking more like 2-4 months. If you're ordering before a like-vehicle has been produced, it's an open field of possibility

Morning all, I have a 3500 Mega Cab with rear air self level and a freind of mine has a 3500 with out
I can not feel any difference in ride quality and I mean any.
Why do some members say the truck with rear air is a much better ride than with out. What would the reason be to make it ride nicer?
One member on here said they replaced one leaf with a softer leaf.
Seeing that any form of load support as in air bags will NOT increase your trucks GVWR. Air bags simply provide you with added support while towing.
So wouldn't a soft spring take away your GVWR on your truck?
I've seen here that some people can't tell the diffrence as my self.The ride is much better on the auto level than without, so if your auto-level truck rides the same as a standard spring truck then something isn’t working right.
GVWR isn’t what matters for the auto-level, RAWR is.
Ram doesn’t have to care about increasing capacity, they set the capacity.
The auto-level trucks ride better empty, fully loaded, and in between. Due to the design of the suspension they are more stable as well. Just because the main leaves are softer doesn’t mean it handles softer, it’s an entire suspension package and there is a reason it’s part of the max tow package.

I have owned and put 60,000 plus miles on both towing and not towing. I would NEVER buy another without the Auto Leveling Air suspension. But you can.I've seen here that some people can't tell the diffrence as my self.
