When I'm pricing out a new HD, I'm having trouble seeing what value I'm getting with Level 2 and Level 2 Plus. Does Level 1 NOT include Android Auto?

You should have android Auto no matter if you go 12" or 14", it looks like the plus package has some safety options like adaptive steering, drowsy Driver alert etc... that level 1 does not.

Level 2 plus also comes with the bed utility group, power running boards

So Level 1 plus vs Level 2 plus is $3000 more for a larger screen, power running boards, and upgraded sound system.... seems overpriced

Some would argue the truck is underpriced without it. This is how car companies stay in business.

I agree, the Level 1 plus is a good bargain.

I wish I could get a Big horn with 3 options.

1) Premium, bucket cloth seats.
2) Harmon Karden system (high end audio)
3) Air suspension.
4) Limited slip.

Nothing else.

My ram 1500 had that from 2009. No longer possible without buying huge screens and leather and other random options. And, Dodge has a premium cloth bucket seat: I really rather not have some fake leather.

I am not longer convinced that having a high end audio system in a vehicle is useful.

With 4 people in it, none of us want to listen to the same music, and it is actually annoying to have to listen to the others.

Everyone has their own spotify and earbuds. Helps keep the peace.

My phone has GPS, so there is no real advantage to have another one in the vehicle, but I am not a cattle rancher, so I have no affinity to that aesthetic.

So the big displays - for me, are just a way to change the air conditioning fan speed.

I really do like real leather seats though.
