*Breaking News* 2025 Orders from MARK DODGE **

Sorry to be pestering … Rebel Gassers available for you guys to order now? I’m in Canada so hoping we are not to far behind :) thank you for the help !
Right now just Rebel Diesel and Powerwagon Gas

Is it possible to add an item to your order after it has been submitted by the dealer for build and hasn't started production yet?
We can request but there is no requirement, at any point, that Ram must accept it. It goes through seven levels of beaurocracy and then it either works or doesn't.

So, I'm very disappointed I can't order a basic big horn + level 1 + load leveling. It helps the ride quality so much.

Now, it does allow SRW Laramie + Load Leveling in the code guide and build and price. Mark Dodge has said publicly on here though that it's an error and the ordering system won't accept it. I hope at least this is fixed.
Lets clarify that - can you be more specific on exactly what you're looking for, and where we said that it was in conflict with code guide? Just want to make sure we've got the right info out there AND they did refresh code guides but I have not been able to go line by line to see any changes.

Anthony,
How does the software calculate package price when a component is in two or three packages that you are ordering?
Also, could you explain what "M/H" stands for in the Code Guide? Can't find this anywhere...

In some cases the price reduces if there's an overlap, other times it doesn't.
M/H means MUST HAVE meaning it is a pre-requisite to selecting the optoin.

For example MAX TOW on a 3500 M/H Dual rear wheel

Can you high idle 2025 Diesel SRW? Or does that require special add-ons?

I'll go searching for it, but it was a while back on here. There was a comment that basically said, there's the build and price, the code guide, and then the ultimate authority which was the internal tool where the order is entered, which prevails. Then went on to say: "For example, the code guide shows SRW can get the air suspension, but it is not an option in the ordering software, which prevails".

Unless they changed something with the 2025 Cummins yes, easily. It happens in 2 ways:
1 - automatically goes into high idle in cold weather conditions when it thinks its necessary. On my '22 it usually went into high idle on cold start and it was under 32* or if it was sitting and idling for a few minutes and ambient air temps were low.
2 - You can manually enable high idle via cruise control while in park - just turn on cruise control and then hit the "+" speed button and it will kick into high idle - the more times you press + the higher the RPM

Right, but the code guide posted above, has air suspension orderable as an option on The Rebel and Laramie. I think what may be getting confused is does air come with max tow, but you can still order air without max tow independently on Laramie/Limited/Rebel SRW?

The build and price also shows the same.

Thank you for letting me know !! I’m holding out for the gasser rebel and am on the edge of my seat … unfortunately my big horn had an incident that was not my fault so I’m beteeen vehicles and I keep hoping :)

2500 = Air available on Laramie, Rebel, Powerwagon, Limited, Longhorn
3500 = Air available only in Max Tow, which is only in Dually, and only when on Laramie, Limited, or Longhorn is what I'm seeing.

High idle has always been Cruise then "-". Then use +/- to adjust up or down. I don't think it's changed.

Thank you. some years only allowed it with the PTO option, or some other combination of things. A few years required the dealer to turn it on. It sounds like everything recent has it.

Best get after RAM to sort that out. I. and many others, would never buy another SRW 3500 without rear air, and SRW is the only option for many of us.

Same here. I'm building my overloading truck and slide in camper, but want to have the air suspension.
