4x4 Floor Shifter to push button shifter

Hello All,
I’m new to the forum, I have a 21 2500 Tradesman, and I’m wondering if its possible to go from the 4x4 floor shifter to the push button shifter I’m thinking I would like to install a console, with leather seat upgrade, is this possible to be done, has anyone done this? Thank you.
 
Its going to be a pricey swap but @Jimmy07 may know if the lectronics can be made to work if you get the right t case

Yes, I’ve done this to my truck. You need to swap out the transfer case, add a few wires from the drivetrain control module to the transfer case, plug in the 4x4 switch cluster (the connector for that is already present in the dash), and configure for it with alfaobd.

I believe the HO uses the same transfer case manual vs elec, but I haven’t researched if the swap would be easy or not.

It’s definitely a different transfer case no matter what.

Bummer, since the SO uses different models for manual and elec I was hoping the single model for the HO meant a conversion would be easier.

There were never any 2019+ HO’s equipped with manual shift? If there’s are, it’d probably be a 44-49

I think there may be enough members here (myself included) that would be willing to swap t-cases with you.

I was surprised my tradesman came with the electronic shifter as most of the 2500 tradesmans I see have the manual version.

Any level 2 got the SOTF electronic T case. My tradesman has it too I don’t mind it other than when its below -20 the lights flicker until the cab heats up but it still shifts lol
 
Everyone, thank you for the replies, I had a feeling it would be a different T-Case, don't think I'll go that deep to swap out T-Case's for the console swap, just a thought.

What wires do i need to add to get this swap done ?

Hi can you point me into the wiring of this ? Looking to do this swap myself on my 19 tradesman 3500 with center console swapped

When I bought my 2023 Tradesman CTD crew cab short bed truck they had like 6 of them all lined up. All white trucks. 20K off sticker which was good. 2 of the trucks had the floor shifter. I defiantly wanted that. How do you shift the knob into neutral if you have no power?
