I am trying to figure out a way to attach a 360 compatible view camera on the rear of the vehicle when the tailgate is off. Anyone have a slick attachment they have used that can come on and off?IMG_0219.jpg

Thanks for the info. I was hoping someone had come up with a camera that is integrated into the wiring storage/cover plate you install when you remove the tailgate.

I wonder if this camera could be mounted to a headache rack and connected to a A-B switch for viewing the bed and still have the stock backup camera. I don’t have the factory cargo camera?
Thats the million dollar question. I am trying to figure that out as well, I want to add a front camera. The issue I am running into is finding a switch that will work with these cameras or the stock camera and a regular camera. They dont seem to exist or you have to spend $1000

I don't see any reason it wouldn't work. You'd need a coax switcher. Not sure if anyone makes one with Fakra plugs, so you'd probably need some adapters too. Of course, you'd need to get it between your radio and the camera too, while still somehow being reachable.

I'd think it would be easier to add the cargo cam though.
