I may be missing something, but I can't seem to find a way to build a 2025 model year 2500 on RAM's website. Does RAM not have a way to build a 2025 yet?

I am building online to get pricing and set up ordering trucks for work. We use a fleet company for purchase so I don't want to go to a dealer and try to get a build when I am not going to buy from them.
Hopefully, RAMS new (returning) CEO will get things back in order. I am ordering several Chevy trucks instead of RAM 1500's currently and am ordering a GMC 2500 to replace a RAM 2500 because "STALL"antis has taken too long to update the HD lineup. I am ordering a 5500 because of the Cummins, BUT seriously considering going another route on the next 5500 purchase. The 10 speed transmission offered by some other brands are very tempting.

It’s always like that every model year, it doesn’t matter who’s running stellantis. The build and price on the ram trucks website never has the new model year configurator up until a few weeks after they go into production, which will be towards the end of January. Order banks are open for 2025 HD Rams, but the only way to build and price right now is to do it through a dealership.

I have it on good authority that the ZF 8AP will also be in the CC trucks. With that low 1-2 gearset and the splits, and the other rear gear options offered on CC, that's going to be tough to beat.

Almost everyone who has them, say the 10-speeds are too damn shift happy.

Deal here in Lawrence, KS says sold orders from customers won't be available till late Feb or March. Dealer can place a few orders for themselves now, but only in a few colors. Got the same thing from another area dealer. I'd like to order before those 25% tarrifs we were promised kick in.

I have doubts of 25% tariffs at this time being MX has already caved about not stopping migrant caravans heading to our border

People forgot Trump did the same thing in his first presidency....it was a powerful bargaining tool and seemed to work to get his way.

The Commercial Builder site has documentation up already for the CC talking about the new transmission, so it’s definitely confirmed.

I haven't looked in a bit, that last time I received update notifications, they were just updating CAD files that I don't have access to.

That was the update I saw it on. They're under the chassis cab section, not under 3500. There's a doc about PTO that calls it out.
