Price negotiated from MSRP

Took advantage of Mark Dodge Ram $16k off MSRP for a Ram 2500 Laramie Sport Mega Cab Diesel. No dealer fee, just a reasonable Docs fee. Anthony was great. Flew into and picked up in New Orleans at no extra charge or delivery fee.

MSRP $86,210
Sales Price Total $70,635
OTD $75,548 All in including Tax Tag Title for my state/county

Just purchased a leftover 2023 3500 Tradesman 4x4 Hemi a few days ago. Sticker was $63,335 plus the dealer had another $1100.00 worth of add-ons (window tint, paint protection, nitrogen filled tires), bringing the total to $64,432. They had it marked down to $51,999. Ended up paying $50,722 plus tax, registration, doc fee and a $300 "security activation fee" that they would not budge on. $58,000 total OTD.
I was originally looking for a 2500 but could not beat the deal on this 3500. Has the L2 package, a few other options including the chrome pkg, 8.4 UConnect, rear airbag system, and 4.10 axle ratio too, which seems to be somewhat scarce around these parts.

Too lazy to look at exact figures. But
2024 3500HD Limited Full cab 8' bed.
Sticker was just under $104k
My teachers union has connection with dealership where I supposedly pay 1% over dealer price. It took off around $6300
Ram Summer Savings $2000
$500 off for my son being in the Army.
They threw in the 20k 5th wheel hitch as I my hitch would not work in the ram and I needed it in days or it was no deal.
Not sure where else I saved, but final price was $90k. Plus they paid me way over on my trade after that. Salesman said original sitcker was $109k when it first arrived. I doubt that.

I just bought a rebel power wagon. Sticker was 77k and I got it for 60,512. I got a 7 year unlimited mileage warranty for 3k. If I got ripped, please tell me in a few months.

If you got an unlimited mileage warranty, it's not Mopar Maxcare, they stopped doing unlimited in like 2017-2018.

What did I get then? Seriously curious, my dashboard says maximum care and the mileage is 999,999 for 7 years. I have to go out there today to get my registration and I will discuss with the finance person. I specifically said I wanted to extend through mopar.

This is from my dashboard. Tell me if I got ripped. I can cancel it. Thanks

My mistake. It wasn't the unlimited miles they dropped, it was the "Lifetime" term.

" Effective December 1, 2018, Mopar Vehicle Protection (MVP) will no longer offer lifetime term products. We will continue to offer the rest of our great factory backed products that enhance the vehicle ownership experience and align with typical consumer trade cycles and finance terms."

Thank you, I was ready to drive that 45 minutes to the dealer and chat. I am relieved. I'm still finding gadgets on this thing. LOL

I'm looking at 392 Final Edition Wranglers for my wife. Who is a good salesperson to talk to at Marc Dodge?
I dealt with Charles Davis, over the phone, and he was great. He confirmed all window sticker options and sent all the pics I requested promptly.

Picked up a 2024 2500 Tradesman with the Power Wagon package for $9000 under asking price two days ago.
With that, I added a infotainment for a larger screen and better options (or whatever it's called) upgrade in the deal.

Seems like "normal" pre-covid prices now gentlemen!

I'll apologize ahead of time, and its been awhile since I posted on this site, since I traded my 2019 for a 1500, but why can't you build or find any 2025 HD trucks? Now that we'er in December I would think you could at least build one by now. I have a thought about going to a 2500, but I don't want to buy a left over 2024, even though the deals are there to unload remaining inventory.

Limit ordering has opened up for 2025 HD trucks but none have been built yet. See this thread:

I intentionally bought a 2024, price was right, mature design, and I never buy the first year of a redesign. Bought the outgoing 2002, it served me well, paid $34k in 2002, sold it for $20k in August.
