Figured Id ask this crew here for a better response than FB! I have a 2018 2500 Mega Cab, rear air if that makes a difference and just installed the new ATW4. They're Load F and Im trying to determine a good starting point for pressure to do my chalk testing. Stock calls for 65 F and 80R. Glancing at Toyo's chart, if Im reading correctly, I should start at 60psi F and and 45 R? Im just trying to get a good starting point to chalk test unless someone has nailed it on their truck, Im open to suggestions

I'm running the same and i run them 65 in the front and 60 in the rear. Pretty happy with the ride quality. Great tire.
60 in rear for me will be too much I think. I lowered to 55 rear and Im not getting full contact patch yet. I don’t tow and haul often so this is an unloaded setting. Is 60 for you for loaded?

I run 60 in the rear loaded and unloaded. I tow a 12K toy hauler and a 10k dump trailer and daily drive mostly unloaded. That gave me a very even wear pattern for my last set of tires (Cooper Rugged Treks) that lasted 60K miles with 1 rotation.

That’s some pretty good mileage on an HD truck, one rotation and Coopers!!!

The guy at the tire shop praised me for religiously rotating the coopers when he swapped in the Falkens because he couldnt believe how even the tread wear was. I laughed and said they were rotated once at 35,000 miles and his jaw dropped. It was pretty funny. I hope to rotate the Falkens a bit more haha

Don't bother with chalk testing, it's not nearly as accurate as using the load and inflation tables and scale weight.

Your truck should weigh around 5200/3300 unless you've added a bunch of stuff or always have passengers. With those weights I'd start with 50/35 for highway use or 50/30 for around town until you can get to a scale.

Thank you. I actually have a truck stop with CAT scale down the road. Ill go see what the weights are and report back. Ironically Im down to 40 rear and still not enough contact patch. So you're probably REEEEAAAALLY close hahaha
