Fog light for 2019 Tradesman

If your truck came without fogs expect it to not have any harness/plugs for the lights. I have the same truck and just ordered everything (most me hopes) with the help of this thread. I also found the Mopar dash switch that includes the fog light on/off function. I went with Diode Dynamics for the lights. I will post my trials and accomplishments once everything comes in and I make some progress.
I to just ordered everything. Went Mopar led everything. Hoping up in two weeks. Have to make the harness for each for light to the bcm

I took a quick peak under the truck this afternoon to see if there were any capped pigtails and I found two on the driver side frame rail near the front bumper, but couldn’t find anything on the passenger side. But then again, it was just a quick peak...

I wonder what they’re for?

That's intriguing. I've looked mine over and never seen any.

I doubt that is a fog harness but ya might get lucky. Depending on options and where your truck happened to fall in line while being assembled makes all our trucks just a little different. One sure way to tell is check pin-outs C1 and C4 on the BCM. If those sockets are populated with wires then you are at the very least wired for fogs I believe.

Dumb question here, what is BCM?

I’ve had this truck for a week and it’s my first Dodge...

Bcm= Body Control Module.

It is located under your steering wheel behind the knee panel. You’ll get familiar under there if you plan to do OEM and aftermarket mods/upgrades.

Here are the connections that are on my driver side frame rail

Are these the end connections for the fog light/parking sensors?

I have the same connector on mine as well and believe that is power. I just now started getting parts in and will start on this soon. Are you planning to wire yours up as factory?
If so I think we use the Dash Left harness connector. This is what goes back to the BCM at locations C1:1 and C4:13 in order to use the factory headlamp switch.

As factory as possible; I haven’t dug into the BCM yet. I was hoping those connectors on the driver frame rail were for the fog lights and parking sensors; that way I can just get the fog light only harness and upgrade the factory head light switch to get the fog light button...

I went to Allmoparparts and looked up the part numbers. The bezels are available but it says the fog lights are discontinued. I put in the parts number 68353533aa as listed on page one. Any luck otherwise??

I went through MoparPartsGIant.com. Here is what was listed in the confirmation email:

Part No.: 68353533AA
LAMP-FRONT FOG
Replaced by: 68202187AA

That one came up. I think I really want to do this. I was going to change my halogen bulbs to Led bulds to try and improve the light quality and visibility. I’m thinking about adding the dogs instead and see if that helps enough.

If I do it it would be nice to buy the aftermarket LED option. Really make it worth it. I'm thinking all this harness and cost is just way over excessive. Wondering about just creating an add a fuse setup for parking lights and run the fogs anytime lights are on. If they are good lights I don't see why I wouldn't want them on when running lights period.
