Can I get a leaf pack on my 2018 to beef up payload?

No, the 2018 PW’s don’t use leaf springs.

While there are ways to legally increase GVWR, and thus payload, many don’t want to go that route

How much additional weight are you trying to carry? Are you exceeding axle ratings? Or just GVWR?

If you’re within axle ratings and private use GVWR is likely an arbitrary number. Check with your local statutes.

For enhanced load support I’d look into some airbags and daystar cradles to retain the articulation of the rear suspension.
