New 2024 powerwagon leans 3/4” to the drivers side. Fix?

Is it both front and rear? If so, most likely the springs. I would also check to make sure the sway bars are not damaged. I would make sure to measure it accurately while on perfectly level concrete and no load in the bed or cab. Make sure the tires are inflated correctly and then measure from hub center up to the fender lip...

Are the sway bars adjustable front and rear? My garage floor is very flat. Same sag on the front as rear. Truck has 300 miles on it.

I had a Tundra years ago that leaned to the driver side a bit...most noticeable with a full gas tank. Any chance that could be part of what you are experiencing?

Check the caster eccentrics where they attach the lower part of the radius arms to the front differential. The pointers on them should mirror each other (or very close). Too much difference will cause a lean from too much caster difference side to side.

My ‘24 does as well - perfect alignment, it’s 5/8”lower (front and rear) on the drivers side than the passenger side with the fuel gauge on E. I’ve been looking for a shim kit front and rear, and saw Thuren has one for the rear, but not the front. If anyone has any ideas, I’d be curious!

I don't think any of the OEM swaybars are adjustable (I have a carli front, it's adjustable). However, I would be very curious if there is any change with front swaybar disconnected?

That’s a great question. I’ll check that in a couple hours and see what difference it makes!
