Hey, all...
Tried searching for this exact thing, but no luck.
22 Power Wagon, 17500 miles. Went out today to take a drive in our wonderful 90+ degree Montana temps and I turned on the A/C with recirculation, as I usually do. Turned it up to 7 and waited for the blower to catch up. It never did. On 7, it feels like it is blowing on 3. If I put it on 1, nothing is blowing out. Now, the air IS cold...it's just not being blown out with enough force. I tried the "Max A/C" and....nothing changed whatsoever. The blower is doing the same thing with A/C off, too. I changed all the settings several times (fan speed, recirc, a/c on-off, different vents) and nothing changed. I also did a hard reset of the radio/hvac and nope, nothing changed.
Backstory, just got back from a two-week trip to Alabama a couple weeks ago. The A/C handled the heat/humidity of the deep south like a champ. It just seems the blower decided to stop doing it's thing today.
I know I'm probably gonna have to get this in to the dealer, but I wanted to see if there was a simple fix that I'm missing. The A/C just can't keep up with these temps with that blower pushing air out so slowly.
Thanks! I appreciate any insight.
