Cable routing from bed to rear of cab. 2023 3500

Hello,
I am trying to run an antenna cable from the rear bed to the rear of the cab. I see a few grommetts, but none seem to connect. There is a rear rectangular grommet that does not seem to connect into the cab, but maybe im wrong. I see other post but with different truck models. Can anyone please share with me the routing using existing holes or plugs. I appreciate it, thank you.

I have a 2022 RAM 2500 and run an antenna cable through the grommet found under the under seat seat storage boxes.

My Radio deck is behind my back seat and the cable comes right up and through the cut out in the carpet and Into the radio
