Height measurement help

Planning my upcoming wheel and tire replacement, and I could use some help figuring out what’s feasible in my situation. I have to take my wife’s bad back into account, and that means testing how high of a step she’ll have to take to get on the power steps for the truck.

I know I can fit 35s with no suspension modifications, and the mat would raise the step in height about 3/4”. That won’t be a problem for her. We’d prefer to go to 37’s, and I know that will require a small lift, especially because we do off-road a good bit and don’t want to rub.

So here’s the ask:
Can someone running 37s with no rubbing and as small a lift as possible, who *also* has the OEM power steps, get me a measurement from the ground to the top of the steps when they’re deployed? I’m going to use that measurement to put some blocks under my truck’s tires and see if she can comfortably step up into it.

I know this is a strange question, and I appreciate any help.

Mega Cab diesel on 37's with a Carli 3.25" lift, I measure 18" to the top of the OEM steps extended.

I’m definitely not going to be able to get away with that much lift. Thanks for the info though.

Random truck setups are interesting, but there are other threads for that. I specifically only need info from those that have the OEM power steps and are running 37s. Please don’t post up a truck that doesn’t fit that description. Thanks!
