Odd tire wear

Seeking my trusted advisors here. When I bought my Prospestor XL the alignment was suspect at best. Got it dialed in with the help of a local mom and pop shop that was willing to tweak, drive, tweak etc. For the last 2k ish miles it’s been great. Tracks true, minor crown sensitivity that’s expected with 0.0* toe and great tire wear. I literally just pulled in the driveway from Pigeon Forge, 400+ mile round trip with some odd results in the tire wear. Nothing has changed with how the truck drives or tracks. It is warmer outside so my cold tire pressure of 35 did get up to 41, my dad and I think may be issue, maybe. These are front tires, pic is passenger side, drivers is similar. In my discussion with pops these tires were originally in the rear, maybe to high pressures in rear and now caused center tread to wear and now outside almost skipping? Thoughts?
Also want to add, I drove to Chattanooga and back which is about 300 miles round trip with these tires without issue. Haven’t touched pressures, only difference is quite a bit warmer by 20*

Im also facing a wobble but I do NOT feel it in the steering wheel. It’s all in the seats like it’s coming from the rear. This started after the 4.44 were installed. Are our driveshafts indexed? 180 out? Again I don’t believe these issues to be related. I just put new rear tires on thinking the original cupped fronts that were rotated there were causing my issues but that didn’t solve it and the new tires are wearing excellent. Something isn’t right with the wobble but being the steering wheel doesn’t even flinch that would lead me to believe it’s not the front

While you can see the pressure is slightly too high from the markings on the tread that is not your issue, just looking at the tires it seems like there is quite a bit of tire scrub on the outter edges that could be where your issues are stemming from, how much offset on your wheels?

if you are feeling a vibration there is something wrong in the drive line since it started after the gears. I would start there

Rotate the tires and make sure it doesn’t follow, even with the new rear tires… but the gears are suspect, especially with all the materiel you found in the diff and the timing of the vib.

They’re AEV Kalta 17x10 -15 offset specifically made for the 40s on the PXL. The scrub is concerning cause that’s what is new. The tire pressure issue I can see but the scrubbing is odd

I should clarify this isn’t a harmonic vibration like driveline, it’s more of a wobble. I can’t rule out drivetrain but it’s too slow to be gear vibration, I think

Agreed on the timing. However I should have clarified this is more of a wobble then driveline vibration. Think a bent wheel type thing, wobble. The feeling isn’t happening quick enough to point to driveline. Maybe I’m wrong. But I feel if it were in the diff I’d have more issues by now? That’s why I wonder if the driveshaft is indexed and 180 out, but it’s still not quick enough… talking things out here

I messed around with the truck today looking at the rear for my wobble issue.. the track bar bushing was quite a bit of deflection, more so you’d expect from good bushings. I’m wondering if the track bar is shot causing my wobble and my tire wear up front? I know it’s sounds weird but if people who tow complain of a wobble when loaded with the stock track bar, with 141 lbs per corner on the PXL, would that act like the truck is loaded to some degree and wobble, putting that strain up front? I’m asking cause I don’t have a lot of experience loaded. Trying to make sense of it all.

Regarding the tire wear, driving around town has actually brought it back normal and “corrected” itself. This is why my theory above, at highway speed, temps and tire pressures… or is this way to far fetched?
