So I have the most current update in my 2022MY23.T27.46-PROD and I have had it for a few months. A couple weeks back I got around to getting my TTPMS installed and then I paired them up to the truck.

The next day When I hooked up on the dashboard I had a towing option with the Off Road pages option. I hit it and it displayed all the trailer tires and a few other guages on the 12 inch screen.

It went away when the trailer was disconnected ( the option went off the dash board)

The next time I hooked up the option did not show up again on the dash board.. I would like to make it turn on as it is much simpler way to change trailers and view tire pressures.

Has anyone had any luck turning it on in maybe alpha or jscan?

@Jimmy07 can probably confirm but my guess is that is a feature for a different model year than your truck. I’ve had things show up on my 2022 truck and then they disappear once the truck checks back with the mothership and finds out it is not meant for your truck because it is a 2023 thing.

I have strange things on my 2023 bighorn. I have both the trailer pages and offroad pages. The Off Road Pages works great but the trailer pages are hit and miss. I don't have the camera button or trailer TPMS, my options are "Trailer Info, Light Check, and Setup" When I select trailer info, only a third of the gauges work. It'll show no oil pressure, trans temp, etc... but will show a couple other gauges working. When I switch over to off road pages all the gauges work perfectly. When I do the light check, it actually works 1/3 of the time or less. I'll be having them look at that as well as some other UConnect issues when I go in next.

I really hope to get this function working, it would come in handy.

My 23 Limited does the same exact thing. They are zero for 3 days, then work for one day. Been that way for almost a year now.

Pretty much the same on my ‘24, off-road pages work, towing does not. While I don’t really need the gauges as I use the gauge summary on my evic screen, it’s aggravating the light check doesn’t work. My ‘21 peasant edition didn’t have tow pages but it had the light check in the evic and it worked flawlessly!

I had the trailer tow page show up on my 2022 when I manually updated my uconnect. But, as was mentioned before, once the truck uplinked with Ram’s network, those pages were gone the next start up. I believe they’re a 2023 feature and once the system sees it’s a 2022 model year, it nixes that page. @Jimmy07 can confirm.

I'll be scheduling my oil change soon and also have them look into the trailer pages issues. Hopefully I'll get a positive update, I'm not holding my breath though.

As much as I Love my 23 RAM I am starting to wonder if going with the 2024 Silverado would of been the better choice.

Doubt it they have problems also. Looks like Toyota is recalling one hundred thousand tundra’s. Engine problems.

Our truck is one year old. For the last year, I have gotten this message at least once or twice a year from RAM Connect regarding my 'Tow Navigation' that has disappeared.

They did away with that feature and I doubt it’ll ever come back. It never functioned from new, and then was subsequently removed from the software in future updates.

Then RAM shouldn’t still be selling trucks with the Tow Navigation feature or they need to replace TomTom with Garmin.

Are you seeing it advertised somewhere? I’ve not heard or seen any advertising about tow navigation since 2022?

Yes! They replaced my entire unit under warranty. I was having issues with Android Auto as well. Ever since then, my trailer pages have been working. Sorry for not providing an update.

It took a few trips but so far so good.

Can you take pics of your screen showing the TOW Navigation and the Trailer pages? Still dealing with Ram Connect. I suspect I also have a faulty screen but when I mentioned to Ram Connect about having it replaced they boohoo me and said it must be a glitch in their updates.

I'm sorry for not responding sooner. Do you still need a photo of the trailer pages working? I'll try to get it today if needed. I may even be picking up a trailer this evening so I can do it then.

Yes please. No rush though. I won’t be able to get to my truck for quite awhile as just had knee surgery
