Android for the truck

I have tried to install/use Android from my phone to my 11.5 screen and uconnect. Not successful at all.....is it not compatible or have you guys got a way of connecting your Android to your truck to take advantage of Android car play?

What phone are you using?

Download android auto app, go through the phone setup process. I'd probably just plug the phone in and wait and see what prompts appear and go from there

Android Auto? No.
But if the connection doesn't show up on the headunit, you may try a different cable.
Some cables are charging-only, with no data transfer, or your cable may just have gone bad.

No, the app is free to download and free to use.

I assume that question was for someone else. What I was saying is that if you have an ad blocker app running, you may have to stop it to get AA running.
