Cluster gauge problems not showing blue ring

Good morning, I have been having problems with the dash in my 2023 Ram 2500 Limited. The one gauge doesn't show the ring some days , but never has shown the blue line around the gauge. The other thing with it is , you can move it to another tile or all of them and the show the same thing. I saw a Reddit post today of a 2019 ran out of warranty with a bad sunroof. $4200. I’d hate to be out of warranty with this digital cluster failing. I’m sure it’s a software issue but it’s just like a cell phone, might last 5 years.
 
In Canada the drivetrain goes to 160,000 km/5 yr
Rest of vehicle goes to 60,000 /3 yr

The extended warranty cost was $7900 (CDN) to make the entire vehicle warranty time out at 160, km.
They offered to discount it 10%.
I said make it 50% and you can mark it up 10% and I’ll take it.
They didn’t agree and neither did I.
 
Went and tried another new 3500 at the dealer.

Same issue. So maybe they will fix it one day with an update.

I got my extended warranty for 1200$ in canada too just kept telling them no until they got to a low enough price lol
 
Did anything ever come of this? My Oil Temp gauge does not display properly either on my digital dash.

Was there ever an update?
 
Not yet , It is going in again a week or too for somebody higher up the chain to look at it.
 
It would have been nice if the scale was the same on instrument cluster and center display…

Would be nicer still if the temp gauge ring worked, @RamCares …

Good morning everyone, It did go back into the shop for over a week. They elevated it to a star case along with my transmission for not going into the park properly. They said in Canada they are really backed up and may take a few months to solve it , if ever. Really nice to here that. They can't even get the right oil for a oil change here. Will keep ever one informed if anything happens.
