Is the TPMS just the sensors or is it the whole system? Sorry trying to figure out which items are a must have when buying vs adding later to help determine which vehicle to buy/buildI do like my Ram trailer TPMS. It’s not a must have and can be easily added, but it does work well for me.

Thank youThe factory option is the programming, receiver, and 4 sensors.
Just curious does anyone know why the Ram 2500 payload is around 1900ish but a similar equipped GMC 2500 is over 3000?
I'd love to get to a 3500 but right now can't justify it plus since towing would be a rare thing the ride quality is important. You can get a GMC 2500HD with a GVWR up to 11,900lbs while Ram still limits all 2500's to 10,000's. This is one of several reasons to consider a 3500 over a 2500, depending on where you live and if GVWR matters or not.

I've tried to convince my wife of the small difference between 2500 & 3500 for quite some time and failed everytime lol.3500 with an auto level rides better than the steel sprung 2500. 3500’s also let you air the tires down without a warning for improved ride empty without having to buy a programmer of sorts.
Cost difference is minimal, especially when you consider 3500’s get the anti-spin differential standard.
Often people think a 3500 is a lot more truck than a 2500, when in reality they are mostly the same truck.
Exactly for the same 2500 i have it would have been 1700$ more for a DRW 3500 SO, if i could have found one when i was looking i would have went that way but we all know how the rona scam screwed up inventory's3500 with an auto level rides better than the steel sprung 2500. 3500’s also let you air the tires down without a warning for improved ride empty without having to buy a programmer of sorts.

It comes back to the "Need" even asking for a 2500 was pushing it based on what we do daily and everything so a 3500 was an even farther stretch. I have expanded my search for 3500's cause if I can find one for the right price but truth be told a 1500 would probably suit us based on current use and the Cummins is a bit of a dream truck.... I do hope to take the boys camping and stuff soon though plus my classic car and I'd like something that doesn't struggle up hillsWhat is she worried about?
If you can justify a 2500 then you can easily justify a 3500 SRW.It comes back to the "Need" even asking for a 2500 was pushing it based on what we do daily and everything so a 3500 was an even farther stretch. I'll look at prices and see if I can find anything. Right now it's between a Ram and a GMC but it seems like most places have been ordering rams without the RAMBOX option which is a big one I was looking for. Unfortunately I just missed out on a slightly used 2500 yesterday at a good price. If you can justify a 2500 then you can easily justify a 3500 SRW.
Cummins vs Hemi comes down to use.
The important things
Floor shift 4wd
Cab lights
Yea i agree my level 2 tradesman cant even get manual shift…I find it silly you can’t get a floor shift transfer case on upper trim models.
