Service Air Suspension System Immediately after AlfaOBD tinkering

Are you able to screen shot all the steps. ?

did you get this taken care of? we are dealing with the same issue on one of our trucks
No I didn’t
I had to get the dealership to do it
I couldn’t get alphaobd or JScan to do it
Always just over filled the air bags
Dealership recalibrated it and charged me to do it

Yup. I screwed mine up. I have the "Service Air Suspension Immediately" message. Anyone know the measuring points on a 2021 3500 2WD for calibrating the rear air suspension calibration settings? I really don't want to take it to the dealer and "eat crow" if I don't have to.

What program are you using JScan or alpha ?
I’ve never been able to find the values
Mine was at dealership on Tuesday for more calibration
I can see if I can find the values somewhere in my system
It seems to me that in JScan it doesn’t matter what value input in it just over fills the bags completely

I was using an X-Tools high end scanner. I didn't change anything but it seems just accessing the air suspension system removes the settings. The truck is level on the springs bit the bags are soft. Obviously will need to get this fixed before towing the fifth wheel. I think the dealer might be my only option as the scan tool will not allow be to input any settings at all.

Does anyone know the values for the rear suspension? Even an approximate value so I can get this light turned OFF.
This is the log from the ASCM in my 3500 drw, but the values should be close for most trucks I would think

When this happened on my 3500 it was the fuses in the fuse box, as documented on here. Just reseated every fuse, many required pushing down and next start the problem was gone.

Actually, I found my notes. I had to pull fuse F50 and let the system reset. That fixed my service air suspension message.

My issue was a result of looking around at the air suspension settings with a scanner. It appears that the settings disappear even though none were changed. I cannot even enter any settings at all using my X-Tool scanner. Unfortunately it appears the dealer will by my only option. I need this fixed as I cannot pull my fifth wheel with the air suspension disabled.

I can get OBD-Jscan to write in values but the values I am putting in will not turn off the light. Clearing DTCs will not get rid of the recalibration error.

"Just a little more info on how these BCM settings, backup files work:"

You *might* be able to enlist Jimmy07 for help if you can get someone to send you (or him) a backup of their BCM file to be used to merge with yours, but it's going to have to be hand-edited by someone that knows WTF they're doing.

*If you are able to get some help, I'd be prepared to tip generously compared to what the dealer might charge.

Could I ask anyone with access to Ram shop info please post the procedure for measuring ride height for the ride height calibratioin procedure. Or even the entire procedure would be great. I have a RWD dually. Thanks loads.

I'm assuming jscan didn't work on calibrating it?

I just found the procedure and will attach it to the post
