I share your experience and feelings about the 2500 Hemi combo. I‘ve towed our TT with it twice so far with no problems. We have a 400+ mile round trip coming up at the end of the week, that’ll be a good test to get some additional feedback on performance. So far I prefer it over the previous diesel.

This pic has been circulating a lot of forums and Facebook groups.
The assumptions are as humorous as all the tow police Karens. Apparently I'm the only one looking at it on a large computer monitor and can see the custom frame on the back of the RV and the ramps loaded up top. Ramp, winch, done. Just have to wonder about the engine fluids but most ATV/UTV are dry sump so maybe it's OK.

That was the first thing that popped into my head when i saw this on facebook. That and I hope the post that the top isn't taller than the AC unit. I assume it isn't and it's just an optical illusion.

Here is our baby. A 2020 Airstream International Serenity 30'. The Ram with the 6.4 Hemi and 4.10 rear axle tows with zero problems. Using a Blue Ox Hitch with 1500 pound bars. Love this truck & trailer combination!!!

Do yourself a favor and look at Grand Design. Customer Service is above and beyond most others.
If you want to avoid Lippert frames, Artic Fox and a rare few others build their own frames.
I was looking GD as well as Keystone Hideouts. I don't believe the RV show is until January so I have lots of time to do some research. Have to figure out the limits of the truck as well as far as how big of a fifth wheel I can handle. PLUS already booked some spots for camping next year with a 36ft limit which is how big my TT is now so gotta stay within those limits as they place is pretty much booked up now.
36' is pretty big for a fifth wheel. Ours is 32' Your 2500 puts you at a bit of a disadvantage for tow capacity though the Hemi gives you more payload than a 2500 diesel. That said, unless you think of double towing anything short of a big drop frame widebody rig should work.
Yeah I was thinking the same thing on size, they get heavy at that length! So it'll probably be 30ft or so and it'll be plenty for me. Being 6'6 I love the tall ceilings of a 5er. We will see what happens. Thanks for the info by the way!

You’re a bigger man the I running a 33 with 1 AC, I have a 28 and just added a second 15K. Was struggling in 90+ scenarios to stay above 75 when not in shade.

Hahaha I hear ya! The plan was to get another AC unit for the bunkhouse. If we keep this camper it will have to be done it gets so hot back there! It’s already pre-wired and everything. Went camping last weekend and it couldn’t keep it cool in there it was so hot outside.

I bought a Grand Design 311BHS that is stand 11,200 bare and 13,999 gross. My RAM 2500 and Reese Goosebox (adds $1,800 to trailer cost) pulls it like a champ.
I love my truck, the thing is a freaking beast. I also love my Grand Design, that thing is sex on wheels!
