Started at 7am and finished 10 water bottles, 6 beers and 9 hours later! And only one pi$$!!!Holy mackerel, takes me all day just for a wash, what yah do hire a whole crew to get that done. This morning I did the fastest wash I could on mine and it still took me 2.5hrs. That truck is huge to wash, dry, wax, butt, polish, butt & shine
I totally understand- it is a PITA to clean up! My OCD kicks in though and since the only sports on TV are Corn Hole competition- I’d rather spend the free time I have in the barn detailing the truck, listening to country music and drinking some beer as I do so. One advantage i do have is that this 3500 is my travel truck to deliver and pickup horses, vacations, etc. So it stays pretty clean. Now, my flatbed 2500- it is the workhorse that goes daily through the mud and the muck!Man, you guys make me feel like a truck abuser. Mine has been up and down fire roads, caked in mud, when I give it a twice a year wash or so the blacktop driveway will look like a dirt road from all the muck that will come off of it, then I’ll find any rock chips that got through the paint and fill those in with whatever I can find, I just feel like if I put that kind of work in on my truck it’d be like polishing the brass on the titanic... it’s going down anyway.

I should take a hint from you, convince my wife to let me get something well used to beat on.I totally understand- it is a PITA to clean up! It sure is handy- it’s a ‘98 -with close to 300,000 miles-2500 Diesel- I’ve had several years. Bought it from an older gentleman that was the only owner. I paid $3000 for it- and believe me- I’ve got my $3K out of it.I should take a hint from you, convince my wife to let me get something well used to beat on.
I missed the Corn hole and watched the Indy 500 and backyard 400 and washed truck and shined up inside my wheel wells and drank a whole tin of apple pie and had chips and Corn dogs. GOOD TIMES, and cookiesI totally understand- it is a PITA to clean up! I'm not jealous of your liner, but good gratuitous lambo T, would you quit throwing that frickin amazing shop in our faces all the time. Every time you post a pic, it reminders me of my old shop, wich i was happy with, but holy mackerel, yours is amazing,, we need a tour, with the ram as the back drop of coarse.WeatherTech Cargo Liner arrived. Letting it flatten out from being rolled up
In box for delivery. Will put on top of back seats when folded down- protect the back
of seats from dirt and slop from saddles, ropes, meds, etc. View attachment 5637
Thank you Rich! This barn keeps me from going absolutely insane! I can come out here and weld, work on whatever, drink beer, watch sports, etc. It’s my “happy place!”I'm not jealous of your liner, but good gratuitous lambo T, would you quit throwing that frickin amazing shop in our faces all the time. That's what mine was to me also but wasn't half as duded up as yours, nice lay out yah got there. Now before someone gets crossed up sideways about going off topic. Nice choice in back seat protection, that's a big floor space when folded outThank you Rich! This barn keeps me from going absolutely insane! What bug deflector did you go with and do you have a pic of it installed? I am looking at them for my 2020 Limited. My truck is white and the only options I can find are all tinted. My 2016 Limited I had before I did the Mopar chrome bug deflector on it.
. It is the smoke version, but since the truck is silver and I could not find chrome in-channel vent-visors, it matches the vent-visors.Ahhhh, you have such good taste in exterior colors. Nice looking rigMy apologies for the late response, we left for a somewhat extended vacation shortly after I posted that comment.
I purchased and installed the AVS® - Bugflector II™ Dark Smoke Hood Shield, from CarIDView attachment 5712. It is the smoke version, but since the truck is silver and I could not find chrome in-channel vent-visors, it matches the vent-visors.
