So I updated the truck with the CJC fog light kit and I'm running the Baja design squadron lights in the fog pockets. For some reason my passenger side seems to turn on and off at random but typically will turn off and then stay off. If I shut the truck down and restart it it will turn on and stay on. Problem seem fairly random not sure if anyone else is having this issue. I don't think it's a problem with drawing too much power from the stock harness but maybe I have a bad relay? Any help is appreciated

Could be a problem with the light itself, my 1500 had aftermarket led headlights in it, one was bad and would go on and off then the BCM told it to stay off, I had to restart the truck to get it back on… after replacing the light I never had an issue with it again.

No idea of your trim level as you havent added that to your signature or mention it in your problem. If your truck is above a Big Horn, it is more than likely a polarity issue. Which means you should swap the two wires on you light harness.

Edit: I see you titled this Laramie which leads me to believe the is s a polarity issue with the two wires (power and ground). I had this problem on a previous truck, and all I did was change the two wires. Maybe this will help.

Swap it to the other side, if problem moves with light then you have a light issue. If it stays on passenger side it's likely wiring.
