yes it's been reported. imo, any tint pro worth his salt can do it. a ton of these trucks have front tint including mine.

Yea my Durango has it. The shop used lots of towels on the dash with wicking rope so no water got down in there. No issues.

I spoke with a window tint shop today about putting 80 or 90 % window tint on windshield. The person on the phone said some dodge trucks have a module in the dash if it get wet it cost several thousand dollars to replace. Anyone know if this is true if so what models?

Their is a youTube video explaining how to protect the BCM from excess water running down the dash causing damage to BCM.

I know the 1500's have this issue. Havent heard about the 2500 though. I had mine done with no problems. Could be the bcm getting water in it.
