Hey guys,
Did a search a couple of different ways and didn't really come up with anything. I have noticeable wind noise at the tops of the front doors. While at highway speed I can take my thumb and forefinger and pinch the top of the door in some and the wind noise is gone. Has anyone had a similar situation and what have you done to resolve it?

Do you have vent visors installed?

I have had the same issue since 2021 truck was delivered. Same experience as you when asking... no info.
Took truck to dealer under warranty and they could not replicate.

My 22 does the same thing on the drivers side only. I suspect over time it will get worse and the passenger side will eventually do it. I wish I had a fix I could tell you about but to be honest I don't let it bother me, with the radio on I don't even notice it.

Many years ago I had that problem with a Ford. I removed the door gasket and fed a silicone lubricated rubber tube into the door gasket.

Try putting the heater/ac on recirculation. Often buffeting is caused by the pressure coming in through the heater/ac fresh air intake and pushes the doors to release. You should also verify the pressure release vents on the back of the cab are working.

I use silicone conditioner spray on a rag and wipe down all the seals on the doors. It fattens the seals and softens them so they seal better. They sell it at most RV stores.

Maybe 303 might work as well.

Are the hinges adjustable at all? It would be the top hinge, door side I believe?

I’ve also read on other vehicle forums of people with that issue, they roll down the window and rack the top of the door a bit so it closes tighter against the rubber gasket.
