2022 Aisin trans fluid?

By online I mean places other than amsoils own website. I’ve seen people on YouTube etc put it in.

I've heard most say $650-$700.

Yeah had it in yesterday for oil change at 8000 miles and they wanted 800 to do both fuel filters and wrong air filter. I think I could do those myself ordered the fuel filters yesterday and they were only 110.00 and proper airfilter was 39.00

I am 75 and it takes me about an hour to change both fuel filters, air filter and oil/filter. I also rotate the front tires side to side. Change the engine oil filter while I have the right front wheel off. All filters from Genos. Total cost is around 250 for all the parts and fluids. Next spring I will change the Aisin oil using Mobil 3309. I figure if Ram went to the trouble of specifying it on a sticker on their tranmissions, then it must be good to use instead of the Mopar. I suspect that Mopar's Aisin fluid is made by Mobil anyway.

Just got the quote from dealer for aisin transmission filter & oil service. $580ish otd.... Still may do it myself... I can get mobile 3309, gasket & filter for $212.

So for the hour that it will take you, you will save close to 400 when you figure in the tax. Pretty good for an hour's work.

You guys can use Amsoil if you'd like...spec'd right on the back of the bottle....you can also use this for the xfer case....
