I found a stock set of wheels and tires from a 2022 Power Wagon, zero miles on them, and would love to put them on my 2023 Laramie 6.4. My question is can I still tow with those tires? I would not exceed 10,000 pounds.

Yes they are good for 3600lbs each

If they are stock PW tires they'd be load range D Duratracs rated at 3195 lbs each at a max of 65PSI. They'll do what you need just fine.

Also be aware (I don't know this for sure...) that I believe they aren't branded with the 3PMSF symbol so won't be quite as good in the snow as a tire that is.

The Duratracs on my Rebel are 3PMSF marked, so I’d assume the ones on a PW are as well.

Just an FYI: The 17” Power Wagon wheels will just barely clear the brake calipers. They will have to be careful where the wheel weights go because it is so close. They will indeed work though, and look good!
