Rear occupant alert. I don't know what year it started, but all of our new fords have that. I bet it can be turned of in the radio, I have a regular cab so I can't be much more help.

You're doing it wrong
Government made it a mandatory alert because to many idiots were forgetting their kids/pets in the back seat apparently
