Falken R/T 01s -- anyone running them yet?

The 3 peak rated ones are worlds apart from the non rated ones. The is not much i cant do with them including plow the really heavy wet snow effortlessly
They seem like a great option but alas they don't manufacture them in my size.

My local ram dealer has ties buy 3 get one for a dollar right now. The price on the 3 is the same as discount tire, so seems a really good deal. They have somewhat limited options though. I ordered the Falken RT but unclear if they can actually get them.

As an update I've been running these tires for a few months now. So far very happy. They are quiet and smooth on the road and grip well off road. They seem quite durable. I don't get any odd movement on road either and suspect they have particularly stiff sidewalls. Tracks great in corners.

Which ones did you go with Bike? I am looking since the Trashforces have to go before I start heavy towing..

Had the AT3 Toyos on the ECOd they were fine and lasted here in AZ...looking at the Michelins LTX now since we are going to be towing primarily in the 4x4 and hunting out of the RZR, but not too sure about the Michelin when we get in the shyt, snow mud etc during winter hunt season up north AZ with a trailer..

Thank you, Be curious how they feel / perform if you do any towing.
Will do. So far I haven't towed much weight -- just 3 dirt bikes on a fairly light trailer. I did put about 2k lbs of marble flooring in the bed and it rode great. My large frame skid loader started leaking fuel today, if I have to tow it into the shop that'll be a good test at around 17k lbs for skiddy and trailer.

So I still haven't towed heavy with them, but I did pick up enough water to fill my hot tub yesterday. I think I got about 355 gallons of water. That plus containers, tools, recovery gear and the five of us was around 4k lbs by my math. I put 60psi in the tires. It rode great and was totally stable and comfortable. Really not a much of an difference from empty with 40psi. The water I got was on the other side of a mountain ridge so plenty of steep climbs and twisty roads were involved.

I’ve been eyeing these but they’re incredibly heavy in 35s which I’m looking for in my 2013. Being 3.42 rear, size and weight are concerning. I’ve had great look with Recon Grapplers so may stick with them but these new Falkens are very attractive from every angle except their weight.

Yes they are heavy. It seems to be their Mud Terrain tire with a more mild trad pattern vs a beefed up AT. Very thick sidewalls. If you don't need the extra durability for rocks and such off road their AT tire is excellent and lighter. Also has a longer treadwear warranty.

All that said I'm not sure an extra 10lbs of tire weight is noticable on a 9k lbs truck with the torque of a Cummins.

Imo 3.42s on a truck are plain wacky, even with stock tires. I'd re-gear, and I'd that's not in the cards I would run stock sizes. I went with 4.10s which still pulls better with 37s than 3.42s with stock AT tires.

Have them on my truck, great tires, 37 x 11.50-20, run 45psi up frt and 30psi in rear, good ride, plow with my truck and did great in the snow.
