Rear suspension 2500

I have a 2023 ram 2500
I have the rear air suspension
I can’t get it back up to normal height. It will only go to ALT trailer height and ALT trailer. Height button is always illuminated. Is anybody else had this issue?

It will say racing to alt trailer height
It used to raising to normal heighht
I can’t seem to get it back to normal ride height

What does it say after it tries?

Any errors? Do you have a bunch of weight in the bed or hooked to a heavy trailer?

It just says, raising to alt trailer height and that’s where it stays. Nothing else.

When it says raising to alternate height that means you’re sitting lower than alternate.

Have you verified none of the maintenance modes are engaged thru the evic?

Have you tried bed lowering mode?
