I just became aware that Thuren offers a 0.5" coil for the 2013+ 3500s. Does anyone know or have experience with these? These seem perfect what what I want (softer ride at as close to stock height as possible).

In theory, pairing these with Fox shocks at all 4 corners and a new sway bar up front will net me a pretty good ride quality without the need for an aftermarket track bar.

Following - interested in doing the same thing with the below set-up, i believe it is equivalent to the .5" coils.

Thuren 2.5 King package with 1.5" diesel softride front coils
Thuren Active Sway bar
Thuren Stage 3 Valving

I spoke with a guy from a diesel shop in TX, and he said that they've used the .5" coils on 2020 trucks with no problem but he's gonna confirm to check the fit on the 2021 trucks just in case anything changed, but we don't think it did.

Just did the exact same setup with 1” coils on my 2020 2500 Limited. I got and am still sitting at 1 1/2” of lift, hasn’t sagged at all. doesn’t bother me and it rides so much better now.

That's great to hear. I'm not after really any lift and I wish they offered factory height replacements, but, 0.5" is damn close and I'm hoping it'll be a nice bump in ride quality. What else did you do to the suspension? I imagine shocks and maybe a sway bar/track bar?

Might just be the picture but it looks like your front is a bit high. I assume the truck is level?

Yeah did the 1" coils, Active Sway Bar and the Fox 2.0 on all four corners. Actually made the rear ride a lot better too! Didn't change the rear coils because I tow but may actually do them in the future.

Thanks for the feedback. You have any pictures of the truck now as it sits? Do you have factory air?

Sorry to bump an old thread, but do you still like the lift? Looking to do the same with mine. Did you leave the stock track bar? I was thinking with the .5" lift I wouldn't need to get one.

Yeah still real happy with it. My Thuren coils are 1" yet i saw 1.5" of lift. I added the sway bar and left the track bar stock. Thuren states it's not necessary to worry about the stock one until about 20K or so. Of course just hit 19K after a almost 3K trip last month. As it sits now...

Thanks for the update. Sounds like .5” is exactly what I’m looking for.

I just put .5's in, no noticeable lift at the front, added to the Thuren SB I installed earlier, much more complaint and much less jarring. The boss loves it. Next on the list is the shocks.

Just what I wanted to hear. Was hoping I could get away with the stock shocks for a little bit with the .5”’s You running the stock track bar as well?

I have a 22 2500 and installed what the OP planned on doing to the T. I have Thuren 1" coils, Thuren Sway bar, and FOX off the shelf 2.0 IFPs. I did the shocks first, minimal improvement in ride quality but did notice better dampening. Sway bar made a big change in ride quality when hitting bumps at an angle and allows the front axle to work and move on bumps and off cambers. I still noticed harshness when driving around town. The coils also made a pretty big difference, best way to explain the ride is "softer" all around. No issues daily driving or towing. Very happy with current suspension, eventually once OEM tires wear out I will go with a taller set which should improve ride quality even more.
