It’s was used the wire has a tag on it labeled CAN B
It may already have a bypass cable installed for something else that the original owner had
Do you have power steps by chance? Either way you can plug your bypass cable to the spot below the 5th spot like the tuner recommends
You can put it anywhere in that block really the instructions just say #5 as it is usually always open on every truck
