The guy with the white cane works that side maybe?I wonder if they put them level to the ground or straight on the truck accounting for rake? (or neither?)

Curious, what is the purpose of this kit? Benefits or prevention?the goodies are piling up for this engine....gonna add these to the fray....
prevention...the hydraulic lifters are a weak point...theres a video on their website that explains it a little but i talked to them on the phone and im actually going to go with their stage 1 cam kit with solid one piece lifters...better material and better tolerances and fitment down in the lifter bore...im not building firepunk but i overbuild everything for longevity...Curious, what is the purpose of this kit? That's a pretty penny for that kit. What kind of tuning do you need for it if any?prevention...the hydraulic lifters are a weak point...theres a video on their website that explains it a little but i talked to them on the phone and im actually going to go with their stage 1 cam kit with solid one piece lifters...better material and better tolerances and fitment down in the lifter bore...im not building firepunk but i overbuild everything for longevity...
this is the kit im going with....

2019+ Cummins Stage 1 Upgrade
With these upgrades, you can expect increased improved durability and longevity. The Stage 1 cam provides more lift and duration for improved horsepower and torque, while the solid lifter conversion kit ensures precise valve control and eliminates hydraulic lifter issues. Those are nice pieces....Nothing as big as a cam kit, but got my Weigh Safe hitch and a locking pin from Infinite Rule Security. It threads on and doesn't have the narrow piece that snaps off so easily. The threaded portion is narrow, but the square lug should take any force put into it. The hitch doesn't set off the rear sensors which is nice.
Also got a tether from Kurgo for the doggo to ride in the back seat attached to a carabineer from Tractor Supply to the seat bracket.

Apparently the pin in the stock lifter is smaller than the opening it sits in and allows the lifter to rotate...the solid one piece replacements have a larger pin to hold them straight....the valve train noise might be a little louder but these 5th gens are pretty well insulated so imo it won't be much of an issue....I have read of a few hydraulic lifters issues with the 19+ platforms. My question is how does the Wagler kit provide better tolerances, I would think a hydraulic lifter would essentially provide 0 lash at all times? With a solid lifter will you have to adjust these every so many miles and will the valve train be noisier vs. a stock truck? The cam will definitely pick up some power and I bet this system is more reliable in the long run but I I also think it could require more maintenance too. I would love to hear a video of one of these starting in a cold climate. If you have additional details please share.
Edit: I read your post again and you mention the lifter bore tolerance, I see what you are saying now. My concern above was the clearance between the cam and lifter assembly and how that could cause additional valve train noise. A hydraulic lifter would constantly adjust where as a solid lifter one you kinda set it and forget it, no self adjusting.
Pricing wasn't bad either. Weigh Safe sells factory seconds and returned hitches for up to 50% off and the locking pin was $37 on Amazon. Those are nice pieces....
Picked them up from the forum member below and took them to an auto body to have paint matched.Did you get them from the Ram dealer? I am waiting on a call if they can get them for my Laramie. Thanks
