Can someone tell me the cheapest and easiest way to do manual regens? I have learned the hard way about clogged DPF's. Ram needs to do a better job of warning people about the real life consequences of short trips. (like $3500 to replace the catalytic converter) They tell me I need to keep an eye on the DPF gauge and take the truck out on the highway for 50-100 miles when it starts to show soot accumulating, or bring it in for a regen. What a joke.

Was that ever figured out on the 4.5 gen trucks? I tried to look up how to do it and I'm not really coming up with anything.
I’ve never had to do one, but I see people mention it.
